Rev. Joseph Thelusca is a domestic and foreign policy executive recognized for building global collaborations between governments, enterprises, and nonprofit organizations to advance corporate and social equity concerns. A trusted advisor to world leaders, C-level colleagues, and bi-partisan stakeholders who can deliver mission-critical projects on time and under budget.

Recent Accomplishments

  • Served as FG Management’s SVP of Corporate and Governmental Affairs, leading a team in building vital relationships with local, state, and federal officials for this service-disabled, veteran-owned consulting and managed services business.

  • Realized a 30% revenue increase for FG Management by engaging extensive private and government relationships to align the client with procurement opportunities resulting in $3.8M in revenue in FY21 and $7M projected revenue in FY22.

  • Secured $300M in procurement opportunities within 12 months for Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) by partnering with the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) National Director to provide forums, expos, and networking events.

  • Partnered with the State Department and U.S. Embassy in assessing Haiti’s needs following the 2021 earthquake, resulting in $18M in aid.

  • Advised the Prime Minister of Haiti and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in creating a shared strategy to advance Haiti’s involvement in the international community and increase global revenue sources.

  • Collaborated with the New Jersey Re-entry Corporation to provide job and life skills training, food, and resources to 5K+ community members impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Served as Senior Advisor to the Chairwoman of the National Haitian American Elected Official Network on public policies and internal affairs.
